The FE-ABD program is a New York State-sponsored public health insurance application assistance program for people who are aged, blind, or disabled. Harlem Independent Living Center educates and assists residents of New York County with enrolling in and using public health insurance programs such as Medicaid, Medicaid Buy-In for Working People with Disabilities (MBI-WPD), Medicare Savings Program (MSP), etc. There is no fee for this service.
