Deaf/Hard of Hearing Services
HILC offers free services tailored to meet the needs of our Deaf and hard-of-hearing consumers. Our program is designed to promote self-determination and independence. All services are available to our consumers who are Deaf, hard of hearing, or experiencing hearing loss, including those who are culturally Deaf, and members of the community.
